Taylor,

I am amazed at how many people profess a desire to become self-employed as writers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, etc., yet don't have a clear idea of where they are going. We all dream of a better future but so many people don't bother to plan for that future and take the required actions to make it a reality.

A vision without a plan is just a daydream. While dreaming is important, it only amounts to fluff if you're not working toward making your dreams a reality.

I'm so happy to hear that you've connected with what I've written. Keep moving toward your dreams. You're young and creative. Be a dreamer, but more importantly, be a DOer!

Take Care,
Scott

Scott,
I had previously read this one and although I find most of it good one thing that stuck out to me was the questions to ask ourselves. The first one about what I imagine my life will be like five years from now really stuck to me. Since I am younger that question was an eye opener. I immediately thought about where I want to be, and what I want to be doing. I've recently added a daily work-out to my routine from just that question that I'd never thought about before.
Thanks
